The Suspension Vibrating Blanket Machine (also known as Cloth Trench Machine) is an innovative and highly efficient re-election equipment designed for the recovery of fine-grained minerals. It is revolutionized and upgraded on the basis of the traditional fixed chute, by adding a unique reciprocating vibration system, it effectively solves the problem of the traditional equipment that the bed layer is easy to slate, so that the micro-fine grained heavy minerals are easier to be stratified and settled, and the recycling efficiency is greatly improved. The slurry is evenly distributed on the special flexible trapping blanket (working surface) from the feeding end. When the equipment is in operation, under the combined effect of gravity, water buoyancy and the reciprocating vibration force generated by the equipment, mineral particles of different specific gravity produce differentiated movement behavior:
Heavy mineral particles: under the effect of vibration, they overcome the phenomenon of agglomeration, smoothly penetrate the water flow layer, settle down and embedded in the grooves of the blanket to be effectively captured.
Light mineral particles: mainly affected by the scouring force of the water flow, they cross the surface of the blanket with the slurry flow and are discharged as tailings.
Eventually, heavy minerals are trapped on the blanket and regularly collected to obtain the concentrate, thus realizing efficient sorting.
Specialized in micro-fine particle recovery: It has significant recovery effect on mineral particles of -80 mesh (<0.18mm) or even finer, which fills the efficiency gap in the field of micro-fine particles of traditional re-election equipment.
High-efficiency anti-slabbing: The unique suspension vibration system is the core technology, which breaks the bed slabbing through continuous micro-vibration to ensure the continuous high efficiency of the sorting process and greatly increase the recovery rate.
