Working Principle

  1. Primary settling zone: after the slurry enters into the equipment, the coarse particles with larger specific gravity quickly settle to the bottom of the cone, and are discharged continuously or intermittently as the bottom stream.

  2. Inclined pipe separation area: sewage containing fine particles rises into the honeycomb inclined pipe packing area. The particles in contact with the cohesion of the inner wall of the inclined tube, the formation of "flocculation" effect, and along the wall of the tube slides down to concentrate, the clear water is rising.

  3. Clear water overflow area: the separated clear water is discharged evenly through the overflow weir at the top, and the fine particles in the water are effectively removed.
