Material Entry: The ore enters into the crushing chamber formed by the dynamic cone and the fixed cone evenly through the feeding device.
Laminar crushing: the dynamic cone is driven by the eccentric sleeve to do regular rotary oscillation movement, constantly squeezing and bending the material in the crushing cavity. The materials are squeezed, impacted and bent many times between the moving cone and the fixed cone, realizing efficient "stone hitting stone" laminar crushing.
Continuous crushing and discharging: the crushed materials go down under the effect of gravity and experience several crushing cycles. The materials that reach the set size requirement are finally discharged from the discharge port at the bottom of the crushing chamber; the materials that do not reach the requirement continue to stay in the chamber to be crushed.
