YK series circular vibrating screen is a kind of high-efficiency screening equipment with advanced structure and excellent performance. Its vibration trajectory is nearly circular, and it adopts the mature block eccentric exciter principle, which is characterized by large processing capacity, high screening efficiency, smooth and reliable operation. Specially designed for quarry, mining, building materials, coal, electric power and chemical industry, it is suitable for grading medium and fine-grained materials, and is an indispensable core equipment in crushing and screening production line.
When screening wet and sticky materials or using small aperture screen mesh, it can be equipped with spraying system to improve screening efficiency.
Working Principle
The motor drives the eccentric block in the vibration exciter to rotate at high speed through the triangle belt, which generates strong centrifugal force and forces the screen box to do approximate circular reciprocating motion. The material on the screen surface is thrown up under the action of the excitation force, and makes parabolic movement forward. In this process, the particles smaller than the screen holes quickly pass through the screen, thus realizing the efficient classification of materials.
