High-frequency vibrating screen is a high-efficiency screening equipment specially designed for dewatering, desliming and de-mediation of fine-grained materials. Its core feature is the use of high vibration frequency and low amplitude, which can effectively destroy the tension of the material surface, and force the fine-grained materials to be rearranged on the screen surface, thus significantly improving the dewatering efficiency and processing capacity. The high-frequency screen produced by our company covers the upper vibration type and the original lower vibration type structure, especially the lower vibration type design greatly simplifies the maintenance process, excellent reliability, widely used in coal mine slurry, tailings of mineral processing plant, coal processing plant, coal and other materials such as dewatering operations.
The equipment generates high-intensity high-frequency vibration through the block eccentric self-synchronized exciter. The screen surface under high-frequency vibration, so that the surface of fine-grained materials (such as coal slurry, tailings) by a huge acceleration force, effectively overcome the surface tension of water, so that the water is quickly separated through the sieve holes. The mandatory vibration can also prevent the sieve holes from clogging and maintain a continuous and efficient dewatering process. The optimized vibration direction angle (usually 45°) ensures that the material has a suitable trajectory on the screen surface, which not only ensures the dewatering effect, but also provides sufficient processing capacity.
