CTS(N.B) series permanent magnet wet magnetic separator is a high-efficiency equipment designed for sorting fine-grained strong magnetic minerals. This series of equipment adopts high-performance neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB) rare-earth permanent magnetic material to construct the magnetic system, which has the characteristics of high magnetic field strength, stable magnetic field, excellent sorting efficiency and strong adaptability. It is widely used in the selection and purification of magnetic minerals such as iron ore, manganese ore, etc., as well as the iron removal and purification of non-metallic minerals such as quartz sand, feldspar, kaolin, etc., which is an indispensable key equipment for modernized mineral processing plant.
After the slurry enters the sorting tank, the magnetic mineral particles are adsorbed on the surface of the rotating magnetic separation drum under the action of powerful and reasonable gradient magnetic field. As the drum rotates, the magnetic minerals are taken out of the magnetic field area, and under the action of flushing water, they are separated from the drum and become concentrate. The non-magnetic (weakly magnetic) minerals are not affected by the magnetic field, and are discharged from the other end of the tank with the slurry flow to become the tailings, thus realizing the efficient separation of magnetic and non-magnetic minerals.
According to the structure of magnetic system:
Fixed magnetic system: simple structure, convenient maintenance, suitable for wet sorting of fine particles of strong magnetic minerals.
Rotary Magnetic System: with high number of magnetic tumbling, it can effectively throw off the intermingled concretions and pulsates, with higher sorting precision, and is suitable for dry sorting of fine-grained strong magnetic minerals.
