Double Roll Crusher (Roll Crusher) is a classic medium and fine crushing equipment which adopts the principle of extrusion and shearing. It is suitable for crushing hard, medium-hard and soft materials with compressive strength less than 300MPa and moisture content less than 35%. With its simple structure, convenient maintenance, low over-crushing rate and even product size, this equipment is widely used in mining, thermoelectricity, cement, ceramics, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials and other industries, and is a reliable choice for completing medium and fine crushing operations.
The Double Roll Crusher applies huge squeezing and shearing force to the material through two high strength wear-resistant alloy rolls rotating in opposite direction. The material enters the V-shaped crushing chamber between the two rolls from the upper part of the machine, and is subject to multiple effects of extrusion, shearing and grinding, and is crushed to the required size, and finally discharged from the lower part of the machine. The granularity of the discharged material can be precisely controlled by adjusting the gap between the two rolls.

Controllable particle size: by simply adjusting the roller gap, you can easily change the size of the discharge, the product shape is good, less over-crushed phenomenon.

Flat roll top model:
Suitable for:Fine crushing operation with feed size < 80mm, requiring a finished product size of 50mesh-20mm.
Scenario: sand making from pebbles and construction waste; fine crushing of iron ore and quartzite; crushing of ceramics and chemical raw materials; crushing of coke and quicklime in metallurgical industry.
Surfacing Roller Face Model (Weighted Type)
Suitable for: feed size < 110mm, requiring the finished product size of 3-30mm in the medium and fine crushing operations. Especially suitable for hard materials with compressive strength over 200MPa.
